Many of my courses are run through Screenskills and available to book via the Screenskills' website at www.screenskills.com.

I also run my own courses which I promote on my Facebook training page and on LinkedIn.

I am happy to create bespoke courses for any Production companies, Businesses, Charities or groups. I can help with any of your Unscripted needs, for individuals or groups of any size.

Some of the topics I can cover are: Scriptwriting, Storytelling, Finding the Story on the Shoot and in the Edit, Casting, How to run successful Master Interviews, How to get the best out of contributors, Managing Up and Managing Down.

I can run the training online or in-person.

Avid for Edit Producers - in collaboration with Avid Editor Nigel Honey.

PD Boot Camp - along with Series Director, Sarah Kerley-Burton - a foundation course in producing, directing, storytelling and shooting for Factual TV.

Edit Producing for Future SPs

Screenskills' funded longer course: Edit Producing for Future SPs

Screenskills appointed Jo Woolf Media Training and Mentoring for the second year running, to produce and deliver a 9 month Edit Producer training scheme, aimed at "Future SPs". Last year's scheme wrapped up in July 2024 and saw 20 applicants from across the UK gain a thorough knowledge of EPing, Avid, and gain a 4 week work placement on a real-life series. Several have gone on to gain jobs as Edit Producers, Senior Producers and SPs following this training.

This year's scheme started in January, with 20 new candidates taking part, from all over the UK.
