As an Executive Producer I work on observational documentaries, factual entertainment formats, and social experiment shows.  Most recently I've been exec-ing the Grierson shortlisted documentary series "Love, Faith and Me" for BBC1.  Prior to this I have worked on a wide range of popular series including First Dates, 24 Hours in A and E, and The Great British Bake Off.

I love developing new series and one-off documentaries too. 

 

I tend to divide my time between working on commissioned series, developing new ideas, and training and mentoring others.  ​

This combination of production work, development and training, gives me unique, up-to-date knowledge of the industry and allows me to help others in full confidence that my knowledge is relevant and on trend.

 

I've identified certain key stages where people often really want help: going back to work after children, trying to move up a role, trying to switch genres, feeling the pressures of ageism, trying to be taken seriously, as well as the difficulty of actually breaking into the industry in the first place.
