Training terms and conditions

I aim to offer quality training at affordable prices. 

Freelancers are offered lower prices than companies, and do not need to pay VAT.  Those in need of subsidised rates should always ask about possible discounts on course rates.

Once you have been offered a place on a course, I ask you to make a payment of the full course fees in order to secure your place.  You can get a full refund on your course if you let me know within 24 hours of payment.  If you can no longer attend a course more than 24 hours after payment has been made, then I will only return the payment if I am able to fill your place by another trainee.  I may be able to find you a place on another future course in lieu of repayment, but this is dependent on future course dates.

I do not tend to record any of my online courses, so it is highly recommended to make yourself available for all dates of any courses you book.

I like to keep in touch with past trainees, so once you've done a course with me then I am happy to answer follow-up queries and emails when and if I can.
